Highly recommend Corey and his team. My daughter is new to the area and we needed a mechanic we could trust pronto to diagnose and ultimately change out an alternator on a 2011 Camry. Kind, friendly and quality service with a fair price is what we received. He recommended a good tow truck and worked the car into his packed schedule and fixed the car the next day. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This auto center has completely earned my trust and respect through their incredible work ethic, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to their customers. Connor and Cory both gave my car and the situation I was facing their unwavering dedication and hard work. They truly felt like family looking out for what was best for my car and myself. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, the team refused to settle for a quick or temporary fix. I had an excellent experience at Round Rock Auto Center. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, and their communication was top-notch. They performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle, clearly explained their findings, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was impressive—less than eight hours. Since I didn't have transportation, they even provided me with a loaner vehicle, which made the whole experience much more convenient. Their diagnostic process was efficient, thorough, and professional, giving me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. I drive a 2015 Nissan Rogue Select with over 111,000 miles, and I plan to keep it for at least another two to three years. Knowing I have a trustworthy shop to rely on gives me real peace of mind. Charles and Cory Are Professional , provided me with Fair pricing and Honest Expert Diagnosis and Timely Service and were able to get my 2 vehicles scheduled and all services were completed to my satisfaction, all in the same day.
